Subscription Terms
(Subscription Policy) CredoVPN service
Revision dated 11 April 2026.
These Subscription Terms govern how subscriptions to CredoVPN are purchased, activated, used, renewed, and ended. The service is provided by Dolphin LLC (ООО «Дельфин»), INN 6633019190, OGRN 1126633001153, Russian Federation, Yekaterinburg, hereinafter the “Contractor.”
This document applies together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, User Agreement, Service Usage Rules, No-Logs Policy, and other CredoVPN documents.
By using CredoVPN, paying for access, activating a trial, renewing a subscription, confirming payment, or continuing use after access is activated, the user confirms they have read these Subscription Terms, understand them, and accept them in full.
1. General provisions
1.1. A CredoVPN subscription grants the user time-limited access to network infrastructure, management interfaces, connection configurations, and related service features within the selected plan.
1.2. The subscription is provided digitally, remotely over the Internet, without delivery of a physical medium.
1.3. The subscription runs for the period paid by the user or the trial period granted, unless the service interface or a specific plan’s rules state otherwise.
1.4. Technical support for subscription use is provided only for connection through the WireGuard application unless the Contractor states otherwise.
2. Access types and subscription periods
2.1. CredoVPN may offer the following subscription options:
- 24-hour trial access;
- 1-month subscription;
- 3-month subscription;
- 6-month subscription;
- 1-year subscription.
2.2. The specific list of available plans, periods, prices, currencies, and payment terms is set by the Contractor and shown:
- on credovpn.ru;
- in the Telegram bot;
- in the payment form;
- in the service interface;
- in other official Contractor channels.
2.3. The Contractor may at any time:
- change the list of plans;
- add new subscription periods;
- stop selling specific plans;
- change pricing for new subscriptions and renewals;
- offer promotions and special deals.
2.4. Plan changes apply to new purchases and renewals and do not retroactively affect an already paid period unless a specific plan or mandatory law provides otherwise.
3. Trial access
3.1. Trial access may be granted for 24 hours so the user can evaluate basic service operation.
3.2. Trial access is provided on terms set by the Contractor and may include functional, time, geographic, technical, or other limits.
3.3. The Contractor may:
- limit who may receive a trial;
- refuse trial access without stating reasons;
- end or limit trial access if abuse is suspected;
- prohibit repeat trials for the same user, device, account, payment identifier, or other identifier.
3.4. The user must not use trial access:
- repeatedly to bypass limits;
- through multiple accounts;
- for fraud;
- as a way to use the service permanently for free.
4. Subscription activation
4.1. The subscription activates after payment is confirmed or after a trial is granted, as applicable.
4.2. Activation time is the earliest of:
- when access is actually given to the user;
- a time shown in the service interface;
- when access configuration, QR code, file, key, or other connection parameters are issued.
4.3. The subscription is deemed duly provided once the user can connect to the service within the paid or granted period.
4.4. If the user does not start using the subscription for reasons outside the Contractor’s control, that is not grounds for automatic renewal, term recalculation, or refund unless the Public Offer, Refund Policy, or mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Subscription payment
5.1. Payment may be made:
- in Russian rubles;
- in US dollars;
- in euros;
- in other foreign currencies;
- in digital assets, including USDT;
- by other methods available in the service interface at checkout.
5.2. Before confirming payment, the user shall verify:
- selected subscription period;
- price;
- currency;
- payment method;
- correctness of payment details;
- final charge amount;
- applicable fees charged by payment intermediaries or networks.
5.3. The Contractor is not liable for:
- user errors in choosing a payment method;
- an incorrect digital-asset network;
- payment to a wrong address;
- insufficient payment amount;
- delays by banks, payment systems, crypto processors, or other intermediaries;
- failed automatic crediting due to user-side errors.
5.4. The subscription is deemed paid after funds or digital assets are confirmed as received by the Contractor or the relevant payment partner.
6. Renewal
6.1. The user may renew for a new period among those available in the interface at renewal time.
6.2. Unless the interface states otherwise, renewal is by a separate payment by the user.
6.3. The Contractor may offer auto-renewal if it is clearly implemented in the interface and separately confirmed by the user.
6.4. If auto-renewal is not enabled or not technically available, the subscription ends when the paid period ends without further notice.
6.5. The user shall track the subscription end date unless the interface provides separate reminders.
7. Automatic renewal
7.1. If auto-renewal is available in the interface, it applies only where there is:
- technical implementation;
- the user’s express consent;
- a payment method that supports repeat charges or automated renewal processing.
7.2. Where auto-renewal exists, the user agrees a new period may start after each successful charge.
7.3. The user may turn off auto-renewal if the interface provides that option.
7.4. Turning off auto-renewal does not end the already paid current period.
7.5. If an auto-renewal charge fails, the Contractor is not required to grant a new access period until payment succeeds.
7.6. If auto-renewal is not actually enabled, is missing, or is unsupported by the chosen payment method, the next period does not start automatically.
8. Suspension and end of subscription
8.1. The subscription ends:
- when the paid period expires;
- when the trial ends;
- when access is limited or terminated under the Public Offer, User Agreement, or Service Usage Rules;
- in other cases provided by law and service documents.
8.2. After the subscription ends:
- service access may be fully or partly stopped;
- connection configurations may stop working;
- subscription management features may be limited until renewed.
8.3. Expiry does not release the user from obligations that arose before expiry, including compliance with usage rules and bans on sharing issued access configurations.
9. Subscription limits
9.1. The subscription grants access within limits set by:
- the selected plan;
- service technical architecture;
- connection rules;
- infrastructure limits;
- the Service Usage Rules.
9.2. The Contractor may set limits related to:
- number of devices;
- number of concurrent sessions;
- frequency of issuing or replacing configurations;
- available server set;
- technical access parameters;
- usage scenarios.
9.3. The user must not use the subscription to bypass such limits.
9.4. Transferring the subscription, access, configuration, QR code, file, or connection parameters to third parties is prohibited unless the Contractor expressly allows it.
10. Subscription support
10.1. While the subscription is active, the user may contact support about:
- service access;
- WireGuard use;
- renewal;
- activation;
- payments and refunds;
- technical issues relating to CredoVPN.
10.2. The Contractor may limit support if the issue is caused by:
- an unsupported app;
- an unsupported device;
- third-party software;
- network, ISP, device, or local environment limits;
- breach of service rules by the user.
11. Changes to plans and subscription terms
11.1. The Contractor may change:
- subscription price;
- available periods;
- server list;
- payment methods;
- renewal parameters;
- terms for new sign-ups;
- feature sets in new offers.
11.2. Such changes apply to new or renewed subscriptions after new terms are published.
11.3. Unless clearly stated otherwise, an already paid period runs on the terms in force at payment, within technical and organizational ability to deliver the service.
12. Subscription refunds
12.1. Refunds for subscriptions are governed by:
- the Public Offer;
- the Refund Policy;
- applicable law.
12.2. The user’s decision to stop using the service after activation does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund.
12.3. Refunds are considered individually under the established process, taking into account:
- time of request;
- whether access was provided;
- extent and nature of use;
- stated reasons;
- whether an objective technical issue exists.
13. Breach of subscription terms
13.1. The Contractor may limit or end a subscription early if the user:
- breaches the Public Offer;
- breaches the User Agreement;
- breaches the Service Usage Rules;
- abuses trial access;
- shares configurations or access;
- uses the service unlawfully or in bad faith;
- attempts to bypass technical limits.
13.2. In such cases the Contractor may refuse a full or partial refund unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
14.1. A subscription grants a right of access for the relevant period but does not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted service every second of that period.
14.2. The user understands and agrees that service operation may be affected by:
- maintenance;
- ISP restrictions;
- blocking by third parties;
- infrastructure updates;
- country, network, or device specifics;
- external technical failures.
14.3. Such matters are also governed by limitation-of-liability provisions in the Public Offer and User Agreement.
15. Changes to these Terms
15.1. The Contractor may amend these Subscription Terms at any time.
15.2. A new version takes effect upon publication unless the text states a different effective date.
15.3. The user shall monitor the current version of the document.
15.4. Continued use after publication means acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Relationship to other documents
16.1. These Subscription Terms apply together with:
- the Public Offer;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Refund Policy;
- the User Agreement;
- the Service Usage Rules;
- the No-Logs Policy;
- other official CredoVPN documents.
16.2. If the same matter is covered by several documents, they should be read together.
16.3. In case of clear conflict, priority is:
- mandatory provisions of law;
- the Public Offer — for general contractual terms;
- the Refund Policy — for refunds;
- this document — for specific subscription terms.
